Celebrating over 43 years in business, Caesar’s Steakhouse is a legacy created by the 2nd generation of two different families. This restaurant has a dedicated clientele that would be adverse to any drastic change in décor or atmosphere. McKinley Burkart created a reimagined Caesar’s with this in mind, resulting in a dark, moody space reminiscent of the classic steakhouses in old school Las Vegas. We took cues from the vibe of the original Caesar’s but abstracted them for the new location, developing a gangster-chic aesthetic. This “Modern Godfather” space incorporates luxe materials such as black leather with gold accents. We kept the glassed-in grill area, but added a new piece of gold-leafed sculpture. Additionally, we installed an over scaled mosaic of Sophia Loren, a tribute to old glamour.
